Pain behind perfect

No one knows the pain of being "perfect", because they only see what we choose to direct, Our misery making every word cut deep, walking in acid rain, nothing to reap, perfect they say, always smiling, what lies beneath are nights spent crying, Yearning for one's love in my enraged coast, but none there, when I needed them most, Overlove, Overcare, but no one true, Why ? I have no clue! Oh to be perfect in life! I'm not a doll, just a mere human surviving through every downfall
