Pain
It hurts but I can't avoid it
It helps cos it is a source
It builds despite it is difficult
It creates even when it's hard
It hurts is true
It pushes for discipline
It is a path for the brave
Despite it can appear even in your fears
It hurts but it unavoidable
I keep dealing with mine
Hope you are handling your better too
Am sorry is part of life
