P Honoring the Saints Relics and Images

The 1st Commandment does not forbid us to honor the saints in Heaven

As long as we do not give them the honor that belongs to Eternal God alone

When we pray to the saints we ask them to offer their prayers to Eternal God for us

We do not pray to the crucifix

Or the images of Father Christ

And of the Saints but to the person whom they remind us

We are all saints if we have confessed and believed on the Lord Jesus. We join together in prayer, lifting up those requests to the Lord for others and join in the blessings of those answered prayers. The bible says there is only one mediator between God and man - Jesus Christ. I find no need to pray to any other but definitely join with other believers in lifting up prayer. God bless you, sweet J.
