P-C 27 and 28

P.C. # 27 ====== Alight upon her tippy toes Her words find strength A melody grows I see her dance on garden wall With tiny wings, bright yellow shawl For in the midst of winter's chill She bid me write, and so I will P.C. # 28 ====== She used to tease when I closed my eyes Winged words adrift like butterflies I'd groan and moan and grab a pen Turn on the light and write again I won't ask why she flew away Upon that bright October day I won't ask why Again, I'll cry For oh! I know too well She visits not my hell And so I'll dry my tear Now grateful she is here Thanking my precious man Because he understands
