Overdose

I tell myself I’m fine,
That i know how to get through,
But the fear is suffocating,
Because I know my words aren’t true,
I tell myself I’ll make it,
Just hold on a little more,
As I pull the needle out,
Curled up dying on the floor.

So pronouncedly sad, my friend. Thank you for doing this one.
