Over it

I’m over the “I do nothing wrong” people I’m over the “when I hurt you sit there and take it but don’t you dare do it to me” Life is precious but some people just suck the life out of me I gave the wrong ones a chance to be around me So many of y’all coming into my life was everything but God’s doing I was so patient with some that just took my loyalty as weakness I gave you my all and in return you flaunted other women in my face Then when I did it back you looked at me with disgrace You got mad because I called out your shady ways You blocked me because I wouldn’t be your little slave I didn’t know being in love meant taking everything and being a doormat I’m tired of the one sidedness The “take my crap and smile through it” I can’t stand you for hurting me when I was genuine with you All I wanted was love and you want someone to control I’m over it I’m drained and so done with this I want to be away from you I know I can do better than you
