Outside of Jesus

I remember a time in my life,
a moment in grace that time can't erase,
no one can take that away.

You can't bribe me with riches,
or win my heart with love you don't own,
outside of Jesus, I would not be!

I remember so well the day of my salvation,
His touch of love so sure,
His hand so strong and true.

You can try to hinder me from serving my Lord faithfully,
from growing in His grace,
but; outside of Jesus, I would not be!

I remember my Saviours grace more and more each day,
He draws me ever closer to His eternal throne,
because; outside of Jesus, I would not be!
