Outside My Window
Right outside my window
Wafting up inside,
Starting every morning,
Continues through the night,
Foods from every nation,
Right here where I live
Delicious and very tasty,
Different foods Instead
Starting with the sizzlers,
Starts the day ahead,
Moving on to bacon,
Then butties on the bread,
The day goes on and very soon,
Fish chips peas and pie,
Getting very noisy,
People’s passing by,
All day long the laughter,
Children playing too,
Bouncing or kicking balls,
Noises coming through,
Night time comes along,
Drunks are singing song,
Waiting for their food,
Curry pot, Chinese too,
