Outdated Colecovision

I don't understand my cousin or his dumb decision. There are many video game consoles but he only plays the Colecovision. I tell him to buy an XBOX One or a Sony PS4. I've suggested it many times but I get ignored. He says that the Colecovision is the best console that has ever been made. Obviously my cousin has been living under a rock for the last few decades. He goes to Gamestop and asks for newly released Colecovision games. They laugh him out of the store and just knowing him, brings me shame. He doesn't realize that the Colecovision is an outdated 8 Bit piece of crap. He said that the Colecovision puts the PS4 to shame and I gave him a slap. I knocked the taste out of his mouth because I slapped him so hard. No matter what I say, the Colecovision is something he won't discard. The men in white coats just took him away because he says the Colecovision is superior. One good thing about him being committed is that he can't play the Colecovision anymore.
