Out with the Old
Out with the old
In with the new
winds of change
I welcome you
Blow the cobwebs
so far away
take old wishes
stale and fray
Winds of sorrow
gusts of pain
blow out to sea
do not remain
I shut the door
to the past
a new beginning
is here at last
With open arms
I step on through
to a Happy New Year
and dreams coming true.
