Out the Window Ii

OUT THE WINDOW II

There is no wind     or
     at least little
             just the tops
The sky    all clouds    all steel-gray
Thoughts go steady    unwavering
I relish the peace    relax totally
How strange    nature asleep
But then    on the instant –
In answer;
Leaves begin to dance
Oh    I tell you    something listens
Thoughts   (perhaps)    are not isolated
                                     are UNIVERSAL!
And    in reaction    I start to consider
What is alive?
Why!    Everything!
Everything physical
But the most awesome    
              all consuming life
                                        is realized
In that quiet place
That haven
Out the window

Geeez, you really scare me. I already have arthritis and stuff and I'm not even in my 60's yet. So it is gonna get worse and worse and worse? EEEEEKS.
