Out of This World Vacation
I think I was born
A few decades too soon
Because I'd like to travel
To places like the moon.
To far off planets
In the sky up above,
To see if there's life,
Yes, that I would love.
In the future I'm sure
This will just be home base
As we travel the galaxy,
All over the place.
I can just imagine
The joy it will bring
When planetary travel
Is an every day thing.
Vacations will be
Far beyond the stars.
Travelling in space ships
Instead of cars.
Yes, I think I was born
A few decades too soon
And I suppose I will never
Get to visit the moon.
