Out of the Shadows

OUT OF THE SHADOWS Insides turned inside out head to foot—shaking with fear intense and troubled—no way out pressure was on—wanting to run praying for a tactical escape please protect me from this fate I call to God-- dawn, noon and dusk sighs deep within He hears -- sets free amidst danger-- once more whole and secure whilst endurance learnt, His provision discovered no need to flee --simply call His name He reigns supreme -- above trials and pain
(Inspired by Psalm 55) "Oh, that I had the wings of a dove! I would fly away and be at rest…"<>

Makes me think of the song "Jesus Take The Wheel" great scripture reference as well. I wrote a traditional Cinquain for you as an example. If you have a chance have a look.
