Out of the Blue
The wait and see approach seems good,
until
the dam breaks forth with naught to teach.
The greatest book,
its majesty
caught up
out of ordinary reach.
And
who can tell, now, what you are supposed to do
when Christ
and His saints have left the earth, sea, and sky.
Out of the blue,
they’ve disappeared
and now you know it's true.
You’re shaken to the core.
The leftovers,
mesmerized by trickery,
magic and ufologists.
Scotty, they’ve beamed them up!
Meanwhile the saints
experience
glory after glory after glory,
in awe of the beauty, brightness, mercy and grace
of Christ.
Their new bodies
fit
just right.
Reunited with family and friends,
and
the splendor
of His majesty,
forever and ever and ever.
