Out of a Joke
It was just a joke
I was rehearsing my verse
It was by heart
Never heard a quiet voice so loud
Maybe I was falling
Without knowing I am falling
Do people really know?
Or they just realise they have fallen
Sometimes you wonder
How come I am on the ground?
What really happened to me?
Who pushed me down?
She was right next to me
She had all the traits of my woman
Don't ask me how did I know?
My heart does not tell lies
I was rehearsing my verse
All by heart but the last lines
That you really miss me often
Even now you are next to me
She turned towards me; up close
She pulled down her mask and mine too
Infecting me with her emotional deadly virus
In shock my temperature arose with the instance sickness
I shook myself up
Taking a step forward; my chin -
Leaning on her right shoulder
I whispered into her ear, I love you too!
She smiled and whispered back
In sadness can I take a mile ahead?
Don't misjudge me in my haste I am well mannered though
You look so true, can you marry me
I was not sure but I went on ...
I am not sad in this happiness
But in sickness this could be madness
Anyway you look mad in thy sadness
Sorry don't ask me what happened next
Even me I don't really understand
I was in bank; later I am on my bed
Checking time it was 5 a.m.
