Our Trail

Our Trail I love walking this trail with you, over hills and mossy dales. Our hands held together, step by step, to a place we smile and dream. Cardinals serenade, as we stroll, with your sweet laugh echoing along. Mighty oaks lining the worn path, leaves flicking light across the scene. Your smile brighter still, for me, as we move along, hands held tight. Past the lake where dragonflies soar, to the grove where we do our thing. Your eyes glow alive, like the sky, and my heart leaps to have you near. We draw close, pressing together, your hair shines in suns golden beam. Rising up, we kiss and move forth, happy together in our love. You are wonderful to me, Through life’s trail, together we lean.
