Pure like a dove
How can I avow my deep care?
You dye my life
With drum and fife
How can I show we're a good pair?
I hold you in
My eyes and grin
How can I not love you, my dear?
You fill my mind
New hope I find
How can I not keep my muse near?
You make me burn
I toss and turn
How can I rest till I see you?
I pen a song
For you, I long
How can I hush till I woo you?
You are my rock
Key to my lock
How can I bind you to my side?
This love I feel
Is our soul seal
How can I this joy ever hide?
