Our Life.

we know when it rains it pours,
we know how love walks on the sea shore,
in storms of lighting and thunder we still ask for more,
a mother in-law, my sisters kids our boy and girl,
every morning we wake packing on our backs the world,
seams like from morning till we put the dog to bed it's all a swirl,
pay check to pay check at times trying to hold on to the middle class,
one car as we car pool a 3:30 am bike ride to work saying "this too shall pass
and as we sit paying the bills with little left we take time to sit and laugh,
through the holidays with what we need and nothing to spare,
we open our doors our wallets with out thoughts to share,
it's our way , it's what we do, it's how we show to whom ever we care,
life is not perfect there's hills and valleys and no place to hide,
I know the grass may be greener on the other side,
but I purifier to hold your hand on this ride.
