Orion's Lofty Belt
Stung,
twice,
not to stride
upon the scorpion
A single star
hangs on
ample to clutch
the falling trousers of Orion
Place
me in the night sky
Authority higher than I
there it cannot attack
But
lend me a sword
for my battle dress
as the night people stare
Let
me gaze below
to ponder the city lights
search for answers
What with all the
probes darting the Arctic Lights?
the solutions are not here
Let me seek
myself
from the Heavens looking down
