One of my favourite sea creatures. Like many, the caring they have for their young is immeasurable. Koolio Haiku Phyllis....:)

Phyllis, I actually had some field mice living in my dryer vent and one lived under the hood of my car. The traps I set didn't work but I found "sticky pads" and when the pads disappeared, so did the mice. I had images of them using the pads to "ski" down my driveway. Nice Haiku Phyllis. I have had the pleasure of watching Orcas in Alaska; they are gentle families, much like wolves.

Oh, to see the orcas hunting, Phyllis. Have never had the pleasure of seeing whales at sea and I didn't know orcas were known "as wolves of the sea." Great image in your haiku! Love, Carolyn
