Below your navel is the Orange Chakra, the Accelarator.
I broke a Verterbrae by pushing myself straight up at a wall.
You have seen it on TV
some bugger gets bent over and cant straighten up.
Wait for it to let go hey!
So I had a broken back and couldn't work for months.
So I sat in an easy chair and had right hand under navel
and left hand on my back, the pain went quickly
and I did this daily for a few weeks....
It has healed and gives me no trouble.
It helps to see it healing and becoming perfect too .
To help with my learning my left kidney started giving me terrible pain,
and i used the same method to heal my Kidney.
If something works 100% for you, use it !
I had a bit of Migriane so left hand on the forehead again,
a few minutes and it was gone...
