Optimist

Overrun with covid
Overpowered with stress,
Obligation their aim
Otherwise our health spent,
Oxbridge to the rescue
Outlook fashions a smile
On the front line of hell.

You know harry, it amazes me sometimes how the wisdom of your words are missed by some people. I think this should have come top and yes I have read the others and yes some are excellent but this should have placed first xx

It does seem we've been on the front lines of hell for more than a year now, Harry. You did an outstanding job with the form, Harry. I tried and couldn't come up with anything nearly this good. Surely a winner in the contest and a fave for me as a reminder of our battle against the virus. Hugs, Carolyn
