Open the floodgates dear,
of body, mind and soul,
that heart be love aligned,
to feel blissful and whole,
erasing each dark fear.
Open the floodgates dear,
by childlike surrender,
that The Holy Spirit
love and light does render,
as tidings of good cheer.
Open the floodgates dear,
arms open in embrace,
oozing with compassion,
inviting divine grace,
to make our life course clear.
Open the floodgates dear,
abiding in stillness,
melding with the vast void,
entwined with That oneness,
till we see God appear.
