Open Ended Circle

I sometimes wonder why our paths crossed I remember that first time as if it happened yesterday, you rubbed me up the wrong way and silence was my comeback… Few months down the line You had your second try I had this crazy notion you ruled my emotion as if planned, we ended up parting ways again… Broken and bruised but here we are again strangers back then, strangers still now and yet you know the most cherished elements of me both scared, but with the need to take this further and see where it leads…

Honey, believe me, all roads lead to the heart. Just make sure they are well paved. May I wish you too a very happy thanksgiving. Your writing is still my joy to read

Giving love a second try takes strength and courage. We know our hearts are on the line, yet we feel compelled to "see where it leads." A very touching poem, Wilma, and the title is perfect! Until we know what will happen when we try again, the circle does seem "open ended." Love, Carolyn

Deep write on taking chances in love and leaving your heart open. To trust someone not to break it. Well written from your beautiful heart. Love Michael
