A lot of fun a lot of creativity, a clever write - a Greek word - all about the formation of a word from sound associated with what is named (e.g bark-dog, hiss - snake, roar - lion). Good luck Jan, hugs and blessings Jennifer.

A delightful acrostic, Jan! Onomatopoeia can add humor to poetry as well as prose. There was a James Joyce novel that began with "Moo, cow, moo." Enjoyed reading your entry and wish you success in the contest! Love, Carolyn
