Only a Heart Beat Away
Death's only a heart beat away,
but we don't think such.
We believe we will last forever.
We don't read our Bible much.
Death's only a heart beat away,
but we can't hear it.
We think we have more time.
Why should we fear it?
God is working in our lives,
but we don't know it.
We have a definite destiny,
but we don't show it.
Death's only a heart beat away.
Life is uncertain.
Be sure you know Jesus
before He pulls the final curtain.
