One, Two, Buckle...

One, Two, buckle my crew...
We're about to take off,
In this cheesy rocket,
That makes safety engineers cough,
They smirk, they think we're dumb...
But they're the jerk...
Cause we chipped in,
and bought a discount parachute,
Took just about all our loot...
So if our rocket fails
And we head for the ground...
We'll open our chute,
And see if it's sound.
And if it's price was too little to pay...
We'll never know, cause we're off and away...
Maybe not in space,
But flat on our broken face...
