One Spring

Rain fell on me with wet kisses. Then Sun’s ardor grew and made me blush from his fiery caress. I preferred the threesome: You and I kissing as Spring’s warm breeze embraced the two of us.

I loved this Andrea. Spring is my favourite month here in Australia because we have so many things happening. Calves, lambs and other baby animals usually come into the world at this time. Well done on first place. Love Pam. x

i really loved this poem i can't pick out a favorite line, their all good. thank you for remembering Murphy and for reading Good bye Murphy. yes it is so hard to have them put to sleep. My daughter and I were in the same room with him. I held his paw as he died it tears me up as I type this. he was such a good dog, we knew what the other was thinking most of the time, it was so weird and i sure do miss him.

this is a very romantic one, Andrea...well written! Thanks for your comments on "What Easter Means to Me"...that He could be so generous in forgiving is something we should be aiming for...easier said than done for us, though;))

This is a very nicely wrought poem, Andrea. I admire how you fashioned the allegory of the promise that Spring makes in teasing our senses into anticipation of the warmth of Summer. Well done! Bob

One of the best ones I have read for Michael's contest Andrea. Good luck with this little gem, as it will be on the winners podium. * I am fine thx, living quiet presently. Enjoying my football, and writing the few poems I am posting. I trust all is well at your end. Have a lovely Sunday, hugs from Scotland....:)
