One More Night
Every time I hear your voice,
I feel my heart begin to sink.
I hear your words once again,
but I don't know what to think.
You say you don't need her,
I'm the one you need,
that your heart is a flower,
for which I am the seed.
I want you so very much,
why can't it be like before?
You softly kiss me and it
makes me want you even more.
I allow my lips tp kiss you back,
even though I know it's wrong.
For you belong to her now,
even though we were together for so long.
You look deep into my eyes,
and whisper,"It'll be alright."
So I surrender and let you hold me
for just one more night.
