One Moment

although nothing can bring back
the glory, the splendor of lying in the grass
my heart beating against your heart
we didn't seem as two
but only one soul
one machine working together
that moment when my hand
touched your hand
and when my lips touched your cheek
for me the electricity was shocking
and your eyes focused on me
for one moment in time
the whole world stopped for us
