One Lonely Girl

It was my first day in college, I saw her there. I was unable to acknowledge, If she was real! That pleasing smile, those bewitch hair Stole my heart and soothe me forever. She was agile, like flowing water, Her voice was tender. She was different like a lily in bouquet, Like a fountain with spray, I know she was not the kind of girl, Who lives in that fantasy world. I wanted to express my love to her, But her outlook was different. For her love was just an emotion, So I thought why to express and increase complexity, When you can remain mum and love her till eternity.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Yogesh, with your poem you have shown us what "falling in love feels like". "That pleasing smile, those bewitch hair Stole my heart and soothe me forever. She was agile, like flowing water, Her voice was tender. She was different like a lily in bouquet." Well done! Welcome to Poetry Soup!
