Once a Chief - Always a Chief

Indians, Chiefs, Braves, Warriors, Redskins and Vikings!
Seems the politically correct crowd is upset with such things!
They're disturbed that sports teams bearing such names are a disgrace,
And that they humiliate and debase the dignity of folks of any given race!

It just so happens that with the PC crowd I have a little beef!
I'm a CHIEF Master Sergeant and Once a CHIEF - Always a CHIEF!
I earned a most worthy title that seems to irritate that pitiful crowd;
Try to take it away from me if you dare, but I'm not so easily cowed!

Tom Cunningham July 15, 2020 at 4:23 AM The world has gone mad, now you can't even display a crib at Christmas in case it upsets Muslims, when I was at work I worked with people of many faiths and discussed this with a Muslim colleague who said it doesn't bother him in the slightest and that he respected other religions to practice how they see fit. Excellent write and point. The BkackHawks are keeping their name but have to pay extra deference to Indian heritage. When do other groups get priledges like the Chinese who helped build our rairoads. Name teams after other people. In polls, few Indians care about this issue. It's just the PC nuts. No tongue in cheek from me))) Enjoyed this Panagiota.
