Image result for pictures of christmas trees that have fallen while decorated One Christmas and my only Christmas that this happened, the Christmas tree fell about three times and on the day after Christmas it fell again. I took that tree down and threw it out. Good ridence ..

On the Day After Christmas

On the day after Christmas, bam!
The tree hit the floor once again
That was it, all I could stand, wham!
Ornaments in the attic slain

Andrea, Your acknowledgement that it is great is enough. I was not sure about the meter especially the last line. Don't do meter. LOL..I guess I just don't have rhythm. I am grateful for your visit. Sara

Alexis, I have no idea but I think maybe it was the stand that was holding it up was damaged or bent. I bought a new stand the next year and I have not had that happen again. I am needing another new stand but I did not even put up a tree this year. I did put out the Nativity Scene and a few other decorations maybe next year. Sara

Caren, Well, I had even tied it by a string to the wall and it still fell. The nail and string were on the floor as well. LOL..Something was definitely wrong. Thanks for dropping by. Sara
