On My Mind
I cannot sleep for thoughts of you
You invade my senses - breathless
You sweep through me - unseen, yet there
Gentle upon my soul - are you
Where were you last night?
My soul aches in the ashes of memory
Every breath I breathe is yours
Take it - and let me rest
