On Ever

On Ever…
          As Forever…
As you speak…

I hear your voice
         A message it does send
It’s like I’m in
         Another world

My ears ring
         As your words sing
A private song
         To my heart

Let us never part
          Let’s stay together
Work on forever
          I will leave you never

This tie binds
        Does not sever
Our new love is
	A fresh endeavor

Maybe these words
	Are cute and clever
But what I hear
        Speaks on ever

Little did you know
	Your voice carried so …
On Ever
        As Forever
