Olympic Skater

A fifty year old ice skater, she.
Dresses in yellow and black like a bumble bee.
Before she knew it, fell on her duff!
Realizing she was way too old for this stuff!
The Arena owner sent her home
Warning her to not return, tears fell fom her eyes.
Splashing on her ancient, black covered thighs!

Ice skating I could never do but was a whizz kid at the roller rink. Tom

Oh, that's nice Ton. I bet you were a fun skating partner. A group of girls did this every Sunday, at the Chivago Arena. It was a massive place with few people. The organ was gigantic. I took skating lessons but too afraid to do the jumps in the air.-))) Pangie

Good descriptiveness and rhyming here.

KUDOs, Robert for actually commenting on the poem. And not repeating it back to me. A miracle of the day, you are. Pangie
