Sinatra is truly an American icon, Syd, and you chose a great subject for your clerihew. Diane Locksley wrote of Sinatra as well, but her approach was different. There'll never be another like "Old Blue Eyes." Had such a crush on him as a child. Wishing you success in the contest! Love, Carolyn

If Frankie were alive today, he would appreciate this nice little poetic tribute to him. You have great descriptiveness and rhyming in relatively few words.
