Old Vase

I am like an old vase,
that the bottom is split
Glued neatly and placed at shelf,
As your house decor
you don’t fill me with the wine,
which turned me into the fragments.

Not a praise from your guests -
Our guests are quite rare –
Makes your master’s soul warming itself:
you’re so kind, so protective! -
no need in a wine….
… But...so sad to be empty...
And so boring.

Oh, thank yu for having a glance on it! This is the translation from its original in Russian. I sacrificed the form to save the emotions.
