Oldest possession, I hold dear Loved since I was just a year... Very cute one BJ. I can so well relate. I had a doll, not perfect like the barbie dolls. It was a plastic doll of cheaper stuff. Still I held it so close to my heart even in my sleep and made small dress for it. Your poem, beautifully rhyming is a delight to read expressing a child's fondness for a doggie doll.

Aw, that is so sweet Valsa. I didn't have a real Barbie Doll either, I remember the others, and they were sweet :) I'm glad you like my poem, this sweet lifelong treasure is really dear to my heart. I have many children and grandchildren, and I am so blessed when a toy they receive becomes one of those cherished treasures to them. I simply loved the stuffin' out of my dog, my mother had to sew him up numerous times. Even the thread she repaired my dog with is beyond precious to me. A treasure filled with memories. <3

Thank you BJ. The eye doctor and hospital sent out multiple referrals out of State to specialists I Am waiting on the 1st one that started working on it. I appreciate your kindness and support ! :)

Aw, Anna, yep, your cat :) Well that and fifty zillion other stuffies right? But, yes, that cat, it was a first coming to you in your young babyhood life as well <3 This was a fun collaboration on Old Red, who would have thought? My journal poem was simple, fun, and I didn't even think I'd ever show it to anyone when I jotted it down. But you have blessed me with your fun, photo, and added poet's pen <3 You are a blessing :)
