Notes About The Poem

This old man pulled up and started feeding the pigeons. The minute they saw this old man they came flying to him as if they knew him...

Old Man and His Friends

I took a stroll along memory lane

Found this old man feeding his friends

Are these I ask,

“Your only friends?”

To which he replied,

“No, I have many more,

These are just the ones

I’m with today.”
