Old Man

I met an old man
On my way out of town
The old man is me
If you don't understand

And the way out of town
Is the death of myself
Talking in metaphors
Makes it easier to deal

I turn and I find
Myself on the ridge
Looking back on the streets
Of when I was a kid

I turn round in time
As time turns around
With the old man in me
On his way out of town

Lovely, Mike. I love the introspection that we can all relate to.
