Old Age

Young maiden with a beautiful face Living life full of countless praise When old age blows hard from the East Will you still be seen as beauty or a beast?. For I have seen green, turning to brown And smiles turn to frown. When old age brings in the heat Will you still be seen dancing in both feet?. Spare me a moment please Now you're in your youthful bliss For I have seen colours, fading away And honours, sometimes are taken away. When old age plays the drum Will you still be seen rocking on and on.
