Oh Brown

The people of Ferguson hearing the rounds

Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang loud sounds

Shots fired youth slumped to the ground

A big guy, but kind, a gentle soul last name Brown

He said someday his name would be known to the world

A divine prophecy definitely told

His blood is crying from the ground

Crying for vengeance, crying for justice in song

An aspiring rapper dubbed himself "Big Mike"

Inspired the visit of Jessie Jackson, Sean Combs and Spikes

Let not your tomorrows defile his name, by putting on the hate crown

It’s not about our rage tomorrow. It's about the legacy and memory of Michael Brown

“Michael Brown, Life everlasting in the heavens bro”
