Mo, one evening long ago I took four generations of women (daughter, mother, grand mother and great grandmother) out to diner.... I know how the myths and secrets are disseminated.....great write...

Maureen, me being a fan of movies, I can see a film noir/horror film in your words. The heroine trying to escape the myths, but since a secret, no one tells her everything IS her.
