I think that I shall never see...a dog what don't pee on a tree. This is my tree knowledge. Like your poem mucho because of the off-the-cuff style. LOve, daver

Thanks, Harry. With the rules for the contest, this was the best I could do. I don't have a real creative, poetic mind but I do enjoy writing.

Funny tree entry, Curtis. I wrote one called The Tempting Tree..check it out...I really like reading all these expressions from different regions of our country. I forgot about this one you have written about. A great poem starter for sure!...You like working in your yard YET you still don't know the names of the trees or bushes you dote over....ha ha. Have a great one, Curtis! GWendolen
