Ode To Thy Self....

Who is fighting with the monster deep within Trying to win this fight That has taken over with no end Looking for the light To guide me through this battle Been dealing with this for a long time now To scared to let in out Tormenting me with a shake and a rattle Hoping someone would save me so I can be found Then, I would have room to shout How could this be? This battle within me... I have been through so much misery Please someone help me to be free Then, I can have the victory No more lies and torment Just me only-no battle within me Then, I can be happy again Then, I can have some enjoyment No more reasons to try to flee No more doubt that I can’t win This battle has been inside for awhile But, I have the courage to stand up now Now, I have a big smile The monster has been defeated and he’s down I knew I would be found O more chains, I’m free I’m unrestrained, now It just took me awhile No one could save me but ME NOW I HAVE THE VICTORY!!!!!!
