Ode To the Invisible Lady

haven't seen your face but an aura of heaven remains just a stare from your eyes makes the night turns to light invisible lady of the desert east, moon to the seven skies splendid memories of your smile let the sadness fly. let the fire shine in the rain of the dusty wind turn the mysterious shadow to a golden friend keep the sweetness of May shower the chilling heart shoulder the pain, keep me safe from stranger's hand. mountain of love that rises in genius spirit and guild spare the winter's soul from holding my dreams and imaginations hold on your greater strength where I hold my presence let it be you , holding cupid's arrow for eternity.

Beautifully constructed with vivid words, the poem is almost lyrical and it flows so smoothly like a melody. Great love poem!

I am not a pro on any form of poetry but...I know when I read a poem if I have enjoyed it. Now I have read yours and I have indeed enjoyed it Jett. I wish you a wonderful weekend and hope you find much inspiration to continue with your writing endeavors. Love, Carol
