October's Kiss

You blow me away autumn breeze Starting off warm and then cooling Jade jacket or black cherry coat fooling What to wear is a song wind choosing And the leaves jingle a farewell Dancing a dreamy jaundice jig mid air Beauty in an abandoned snail shell Or half naked bushes trees as well October you play me so Like a silver flute or brown cello You give birth to fall’s hope Beautiful pause from summer’s cloak.
