October Wind

by Wayne Wysocki Your eyes of brown Watched leaves of brown Ride the cool October wind, And your lips of red A poem said To guide me, should I go, Then I flew away Like the leaves at play, But came to miss you so; Now it's autumn, And I return To you and the October wind.
