Obsessed By Visual Art
OBSESSED ABOUT VISUALS
How time grows quiet and immensely spent
When a dab of mixed hues ignite the embers,
That hands dip into oils, a livid intent
As brushes splash the grass and wildflowers
While etching a landscape of trees on bowers,
Contoured forms intoxicate down the spine…
Where words are but mute from a view quite fine.
Shapes become fuller on an easel’s rail,
O birth on canvas fills my soul’s passion
Until resplendent images unveil :
This palette of eyes wet with impression
Comes from life’s need to quench true obsession;
For Art’s desire I cannot leave behind
Enticing new paintings that flame my mind.
